A provider of flooring services and solutions for the residential multi-unit property sector, National Apartment Flooring (“NAF”) sought a change in voice & tone for their client-facing sales materials. After an evaluation, it became clear that existing copy was insufficient in serving the needs of the company – particularly, the materials failed to properly convey a strong sense of security and professionalism on behalf of NAF, something quite essential when seeking the sizeable investments which they required for whole-building common-area reflooring projects. I provided copy for new client-facing materials, keeping focus on the ideals of certainty and security (of investment), while emphasizing the importance of flooring to a building’s overall value.
